Where Are All of the Clients When the World Feels Like It’s on Fire? I hope ya’ll are alright.​

Lately, it feels like we are living in a divisive shit hole, littered with deceitful crises, repressive political chaos, unending financial stress, and endless uncertainty. And if I’m being honest, I’m struggling too. Some days it feels like just keeping it together is the best I can do.
 
So, I find myself asking: where are all my clients? Are you okay? I hope you’re managing, that you’re finding moments of peace, and that you know it’s okay not to be okay. I know firsthand how heavy the weight of the world can feel right now, and I want you to know that you’re not alone in this.
 
Sometimes, it feels like there is no one to reach out to. But even if I don’t hear from you, I hope you’re surviving the chaos, finding small pockets of calm, finding community, and giving yourself the grace to breathe.
 
Mental health challenges are rising, but many people are still silently struggling. Anxiety, depression, burnout, and grief are all around us. For many, this is becoming part of the daily routine, yet seeking help can feel impossible or defeating when everything around us is demanding our attention or expecting us to hold these burdens with unwavering stoicism. Which I have to tell you, that alone can break a strong person. I hope ya’ll are alright.
 
If you’re feeling overwhelmed, know this: it’s okay to pause. It’s okay to ask for help. It’s okay to admit that this is hard. It is okay to be upset. Therapy can be seen as a luxury or unhelpful, but it’s a lifeline, and it’s here for you.
 
If you’re near Wilmington, NC, or anywhere in North Carolina, in-person or tele-therapy can provide a safe space to navigate and express these feelings. Don’t hold that shit in. You don’t have to face the chaos alone. Even just one session can help you find a moment of calm, clarity, and perspective.
 
So, I’m asking again, gently, where are you? Are you holding on okay? I hope ya’ll are alright. If reading this makes you think, “I could use someone to talk to,” consider this your invitation. You deserve care. You deserve support. You deserve a space to breathe and learn to heal, even when the world feels like it’s falling apart.
 
I know I’m not perfect at navigating this either. Some days I feel overwhelmed, anxious, and frustrated. But I also know that seeking help makes a difference. You can do the same.
 
Struggling isn’t a weakness; you just need the right support. If anxiety, depression, trauma, burnout, or life’s toughest challenges are wearing you down, you don’t have to face it alone. I provide experienced guidance to help you find clarity, relief, and real progress.
